Tina Belge is the owner of a small business that helps local governments, nonprofits, and private sector organizations improve housing affordability. She has a background in community development and urban planning, with experience across governmental, nonprofit, and private sectors focusing on housing policy, zoning reform, and environmental initiatives.
She serves on the boards of the SC Women’s Affordable Housing Network and is a founding member of SC Women in Leadership. Tina is also President of the Twin Lake Cottages HOA, a member of the Summit Drive PTA, and participates in Meals on Wheels Young Professionals. She has served as Vice Chair of the Greenville County Parks and Recreation Board, and on the boards of the Upcountry History Museum and the United Way Campaign Cabinet, where she chaired the Young Leaders Society.Belge is a graduate of Leadership Greenville Class 43 and Furman’s Women Leadership program and was recognized among Greenville’s Best and Brightest under 35. She earned degrees from Georgia Southern University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s MPA program, focusing on Community and Economic Development. She and her husband live in Greenville with their two daughters and two dogs.

Matt Alexander graduated from Furman University and served as a helicopter pilot in the United States Army, including one tour in Iraq flying Black Hawk MEDEVAC helicopters. He later earned a graduate degree from Clemson University and has worked in Greenville’s commercial real estate industry since 2014.
Alexander serves as a city-appointed Commissioner for the Greenville Downtown Airport. He and his wife live in Greenville with their three children, and he is a deacon at Downtown Presbyterian Church.

Lillian Brock Flemming serves as the Mayor Pro Tem of Greenville and has been in public service for more than 40 years. She is a board member of Upstate Warrior Solutions, AdvanceSC, Brockwood Senior Housing, and the Boy Scouts of America–Blue Ridge Council. She is also a former President of the Municipal Association of South Carolina, where she was the first Black woman elected to the role.
Lillian previously served as Board Chair for the Southernside Block Partnership and has been active in the West End Lions Club, the Greenville Chapter NAACP, and the Girl Scouts of America–Mountains to Midlands Council.She is a graduate of Furman University. Lillian and her husband, Reverend J.M. Flemming, live in Greenville.

Mike Kilgore has been retired for over 20 years. He is a former CPA and Corporate Lawyer. He has gathered signatures for the placement of speed humps in his neighborhood. He graduated from graduated J.L. Mann while attending Furman University. He lives in Greenville with his dog.

Dianne Mitchell has led community, faith, and youth programs in Greenville, including running a preschool music program and teaching Sunday School. As chair of the Community Character Council, she worked to promote character education in schools.
She has served as president of the Greenville Republican Women’s Club and other local civic organizations. Mitchell was born and raised in Greenville and graduated from Wade Hampton High School and Furman University. She is married and has adult children.

Steve Nail serves as Dean of the College of Business and Economics at Anderson University. He previously held executive positions including Vice President of Human Resources for Hubbell Inc. and Vice President of Labor and Employee Relations/Assistant General Counsel for Michelin North America. Earlier in his career, he worked with the National Labor Relations Board.
Nail earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and an undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics. He and his wife live in Simpsonville and have two children and four grandchildren.
